| PC * = free to download & play
- This is a 3on3 MMO basketball game. You level up by winning games. It's pretty fun if you have people to play it with and kinda a pain if you play with random people. There's actually a lot of teamwork involved if you play with people who knows what they're doing, but sadly most of the random players you picked up in the lobby are little kids who will shoot the ball every time they touch it and who will complain if you don't pass them the ball. If you look on my Youtube page, you can see many videos of how the game is supposed to be played. Hopefully, one day, this game will be back better than ever. There are 2 links for FSB because one is the old Sierra version and the other is the new Gamekiss release.
- I use this program to force Freestyle Street Basketball to run in window mode because the game doesn't have this option. The program is partially translated so part of it is still in another language, but you should be able to figure it out. If you need help on how to setup D3DWindower, l have a guide posted. I only got D3DWindower to work with the Sierra US version of FSB. For some reason it's not compatible with others.
- Since they shut down FSB in the US, many players have been looking for other ways to play the game. You can always download other countries' version of the game and play it there. A little warning to people who are looking to try out these new versions, YOU WILL LAG BADLY if you play against people not in the US. If I'm right, then you will also have trouble downloading the installer on the official sites, of these new versions, because I think they are using IP blocking to prevent international players from playing on their servers. You will need to create a new account for each of these versions if you want to play on them. Don't ask me on how to create an account for these versions, just guess like I did (GOOGLE Language Tools is your friend). So with all that in mind, here are the other versions of FSB:
- Freestyle Online Philippines
- This version no longer supports US players. There's club or clan support, new moves, and new items. Some of the costs might be different but mostly it's the same. Someone also uploaded the installer on another site for faster download. (Alternative download)
- Freestyle Online Taiwan
- The Taiwanese version. The last time I logged onto this version of the game I was surprised to see how totally different the layout of the game was. I got confused for awhile trying to figure out what to click.
- Freestyle Online Korea
- This is probably the version that started it all. I have never played on it, but I heard you need a Korean social security number for certain parts of the game.
- Freestyle Online Japan
- I was never able to download this version. Stupid IP blocking.
- Freestyle Online Thailand
- No longer allowing NA players on their servers.
- Freestyle Online Singapore
- Release date currently unknown.
- Freestyle Online Russia
- NA players are currently allowed to play on this version.
- 3on3 MMO soccer game. There used to be a NA version but I guess it got shut down. This is a link to the European version.
- This is your traditional MMORPG. It's pretty fun after you get to a certain level but the ETERNAL grinding to level up finally got the better of me. Thieving, trading, or hunting with your clan members is very entertaining, but keep in mind the job part of the game is only rewarding if you are a high enough level.
- This site provides "help" to people who plays Silkroad. That's all I'm gonna say about that.
- This is a text based MMO football game. You create a character, manage it, and watch it progress through its football career. The game is pretty cool if you are a football fan.
- This is a third person shooter game. It will remind you of Team Fortress 2 in the fact that they both have a cartoon like theme. The difference with this game is it's setup to be a MMORPG. You create a character and outfit it with different costumes and accessories. The character also levels up and gains new abilities.
- A text based strategy game. You manage your own country and deal with its affairs, whether it is going to war or helping the economy. THOUSANDS of people play this game so you are bound to run into "problems" where only military might can solve. This game only requires you to check in, at most, twice a day because it runs on a turned based system. It runs in real time so stuff can happen even if you are not online.
- A text based game somewhat like Earth: 2025. The differences with Utopia is that, other than being set in a fantasy medieval setting, it requires A LOT of teamwork. Your country is a part of a bigger kingdom, and this kingdom will go through problems and turmoils together. If your kingdom goes to war, your country is expected to contribute in the fight. Strategies are worked out in the kingdom's forum and each country is usually assigned a task. I prefer Utopia over Earth: 2025 because of this greater emphasis on teamwork.
- This is the site for the utility program, Utopia Angel. This program will be suggested as an important download for Utopia players. It helps players calculate many important factors dealing with the game. Your kingdom will get mad at you if you don't play with Utopia Angel.
- Play DDR online. You can even play on custom made songs created by the many members of this site.
- This game needs no introduction. You should know what Starcraft is.
- I knew Blizzard would never abandon this franchise, it has made them too much money.
- I'm pretty sure everyone out there have either played or heard of WoW. However, not everyone out there might know about playing WoW for FREE on private servers. It might not be as populated as the Blizzard servers but it's still pretty good. This link will take you to a guide on how to play WoW on those servers.
- Here is the list of the most popular private servers for WoW.
- Thottbot
- This site will give you help on WoW's quests along with guides about other aspects of the game.
(I hope you find your perfect game using this list)
Utilities - I use this emulator to play PSone games on my PC. The games actually look better if you play it on your PC than the original version played on TV. You can get the PSone BIOS and games using torrent.
- This is the best site for the plugins needed to run ePSXe.
- Emucheater
- This is the equivalent of a gameshark, game genie, or codebreaker for the ePSXe emulator. For some reason, the official site has been down for awhile now. I'll leave it up to you to find another download location.
- This is where I went to learn how to "modify" my PS2 in order to play games you can get using torrent.
- My favorite site for custom made skins for games. They have skins for almost every popular games out there: Half-Life, Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2, etc...
- The best emulator for Super Nintendo games.
- This site has many of the best RPGs back in the days. Most of them should work with ZSNES.
- I use this program to emulate my keyboard on my controller so I can play games, like Kickoff and Freestyle Street Basketball, with it. I posted a guide, in the forum, on how to get Xpadder working with FSB.
- This is where you go to find REAL competitions for your clan in SOCOM.
PSX
- This is the HOLY GRAIL of RPGs. Don't call yourself a lover of RPGs until you have played this game.
- My 2nd favorite FF game in the series. There are MOOGLES in this game!
- The first RPG game I have ever played. Still good till this day.
- Even better than the 1st.
- This game would have been much better if you could make the story text go by faster.
Playstation 2- One of the first games that utilized the network adapter for PS2. I've lost track of how many hours I put into this game. It never gets old when you have clan matches online against REAL people. The system that this game came up with is PERFECT for online gaming.
- SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs
- All my hours spent on SOCOM was transferred to this when it came out. You can find ladders for this game still operating today.
- The most active SOCOM II ladder right now.
- My favorite Suikoden for the PS2.
- SQUARE & DISNEY characters packed into one game = SUCCESS. Not to mention I LOVE the theme song for this game. Simple and Clean by Utada Hikaru.
- SQUARE & DISNEY characters packed into one game for the second time = SUCCESS AGAIN. It's not a Kingdom Hearts game without a good theme song. Sanctuary by Utada Hikaru.
- Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 FES
- One of the most UNDERRATED RPG for the PS2. I would put this game on my list of "TOP RPGS I HAVE EVER PLAYED". I like everything about this game: story, gameplay, music (one of the most memorable game soundtracks I have ever heard), etc...
- Another SOLID game in the Persona franchise. How I love the music in the Persona franchise.
Playstation 3- SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation
- So far this game is the only reason why I currently have a PS3.
